Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website is Christopher Feghali. For any question about this policy or about how your personal data is handled, write to contact@christopherfeghali.com.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact and partnership forms. When you use the contact or partnership form we collect the name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. We use this data only to answer you and to evaluate a possible collaboration. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, our measurement provider (Metricool) collects aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device and browser. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics scripts are not loaded until you accept.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and availability of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Administration. Site administrators authenticate with an email address and password; session data is stored to keep them signed in.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

3. How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a collaboration requires us to keep them longer for accounting or contractual reasons. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's own retention settings. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again.

4. Who processes data on our behalf

We rely on service providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR: our hosting and deployment platform, our database and authentication provider, and our analytics provider (Metricool). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@christopherfeghali.com and we will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time from the cookie policy.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 14. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the site or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
